The restaurant Le Pas du Loup, located in the heart of the Gorges du Tarn and Gorges de la Jonte, in the village of Le Rozier-Peyreleau, will introduce you to the Aveyron and Lozère region through its homemade cuisine using local products.

  • Trout from the Le Rozier fish farm;
  • Aveyron Lamb;
  • Traditional Aligot - the local cheese and potato speciality, and more.

The restaurant also offers personalised menus (contact us) for groups (private or coach parties) and special occasions (weddings, baptisms, first communion, or birthdays, etc).
